Agreement

1. Scope of Work

Alpha Edits agrees to provide custom-designed thumbnails tailored to the Client’s specifications, including:

• Professional, high-quality thumbnails optimized for maximum engagement.

• Revisions as per the selected package.

• Delivery in standard image formats (JPG, PNG).

2. Payment Terms

• A 45% upfront payment is required before work begins.

• The remaining 55% is due upon project completion before final delivery.

• Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of the order.

• In case of cancellation, a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

3. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery time is [Insert Estimated Time] per thumbnail.

• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

4. Revisions Policy

7. Termination of Agreement

• Alpha Edits reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Client violates the terms.

• If the Client fails to make payments, work will be paused or canceled.

• If termination occurs, the upfront payment is non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Alpha Edits is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, resulting from the use of our designs.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials (logos, images, text) do not infringe on any copyrights.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the laws of [Your Country].
